Irondequoit: Tuesday, December 1, 2015 age 83. Jackie is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, John A. Eblacker; children, John M. (Libby), Jean (Michael) Betelak, Susan (John) Dineen, Michael, Mary (Shawn) Carr, Paul (Kathy), Chuck (Shanna); 13 Grandchildren, Kevin, Michael, Katherine, Jackie, Amy, Mary Carolyn, Abby, Julia, Marcie, Meghan, Charlie, Matthew, George; great-granddaughter, Carmen, several nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Her family will receive friends SUNDAY 2:00 - 6:00 PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to join the family MONDAY at 11:00 AM at HOLY CROSS CHURCH (4492 Lake Ave.) for her memorial mass. Inurnment Private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jackie's name, may be directed to Unity Adult Day Services at St. Bernard's, 2260 Lake Ave., Rochester, NY 14612.
