Zadins, Girts Graudins
Penfield: Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the age of 68, after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Velta Zadins; daughter, Silvija (Paul Jovan) Zadins; son, Aleksandrs (Natasha Schickler) Zadins; brother, Zintars (Christine) Zadins; brother-in-law, Arvaldis (Brigita) Lauva; nephew, cousins and other family in the United States & Latvia.
His family will receive friends Friday 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South), where his funeral service will be held Saturday 10:30am. Interment Riverside Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Museum of the Occupation of Latvia, 10930 Nollwood Drive, Chardon, OH 44024. (Please make checks payable to OMFA, Ilze Resnis.)
