Salvatore A. Zito Jr.
Hamlin: After a long courageous battle with cancer on Friday, October 11, 2019 at the age 45. Predeceased by his grandparents, Jack & Crethea Dolan, Anthony & Cecilia Zito. Sal is survived by his loving wife, Aimee; children, Adriana & Devon Michno, Tory & Ryley Zito; father, Salvatore Zito Sr.; mother, Vera (Tony) Mascaro; grandmother, Rita Mascaro; mother-in-law, Mary Gabello; Aimee's father, Frank (Arleen) Seiler; brother, Christopher (Jen) Mascaro; aunts, Nancy Straub, Carol (Brian) Wolfley and Connie Ray; cousins, Art (Suzanne), Ryan & Justin Straub, Carolyn (Russ) & Max Berlin, Tony & "Butchie" Ray, Jamie (Jason) & Anna Pratt; sister-in-law, Terry (Jimmy) Steele; brother-in-law, Jon Seiler; niece and nephew, Kailey & Robert Steele; many loving friends, and his beloved dog, Crosby.
Sal graduated from West Irondequoit H.S. in 1992. He was an avid sports fan, and will be remembered as an outstanding hockey and baseball player. Sal took great pride in coaching I.A.A. for over 10 years. He enjoyed horse racing, including annual family trips to Saratoga. Sal worked for twenty-five years as a commercial electrician, many of them spent at Per-Con Electric, as well as Landmark Electric.
A special thank you to all at Irondequoit Lawn and Landscape for keeping Sal busy the last few years.

His family will receive friends Monday, October 14th, 4:00pm – 8:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), where his funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 15th, 10:00 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
