Allen F. Yarton Sr. Rochester: Age 78, passed peacefully on July 22, 2020 after a courageous battle with Pancreatic cancer. Born and raised in the City of Rochester, Allen would find the love of his life, Carol Ann. Together, they would raise three sons and a daughter, and numerous grand, and great-grandchildren. Allen was a 23year veteran of the Rochester City Police Department, and entrepreneur; owning Allen Auto Sales for 33 years. Throughout his life, spending time with his family is what brought him the most joy. Allen and Carol's love for boating is how they spent many of their summers together. He had many other interests including racing motorcycles, hunting, and fishing. Allen is predeceased by his parents, Stephen, and Madeline Yarton. Furthermore, he is survived by his loving wife of 60years Carol, his sons, Allen (Joyce), Todd (Michele), Sean (Cathi), and his daughter Erica (Raymond) Isaac. His grandchildren, Justin, Angela, and Alex, Devin and Austin, Jonathan, Tanner, Reese, and Madeline, Cameron and Zachary. He is also survived by his 5 great-grandchildren. Our family would like to thank the individuals at the Wilmot Cancer Center for Allen's care. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Wilmot Cancer Center, 300 East River Road, P.O. Box 278996, Rochester, NY 14627 on Allen's behalf. Allen's Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, July 28, at St. Rita's Church. Interment Private Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
