Mrs. C was the best neighbor anyone could ask for. Her husband and her were so kind to us. We did so many things with them.
We were always over at their house making gnocchi, ravioli and many more home made things. The Oliola was the best. Mr. C would put so much garlic in it. I remember when Mrs. C, my sister Margo and I went down to Florida to visit our parents.
We were in the car in the back seat. My dad was driving and my mother was kind of yelling at him that he was going the wrong way. He started swerving back and forth. Mrs. C my sister and I were laying in the back seat and other floor praying. LOL
Then to top it off they left us at the beach for 5 hours. They forgot about us. Mrs. C wasn't too happy but we laughed about it for years to follow. She always thought I was trouble. When I saw her in December she told me I did alright! Made me very happy.
She is now in heaven with the love of her life. She will always be watching down on us and guiding us in the right direction like she always did. I love you Mrs. C
