My condolences to the family of Sue Gibbens. Sue and I knew each other from working together at Manchester Community College. She was a good person with a kind heart. She often spoke endearingly of family and was so dedicated to the caregiving of her mom.
With sincere sympathy

I am so sad to hear of Susan's death. I knew her first when I worked at Manchester Hospital in the 70's - 90's and she was a vital member of the Manchester Multidisciplinary Child Protection Team where she represented the Manchester Police Department in community efforts to prevent child abuse. Later, I was so please to be working at Manchester Community College when she was recruited to manage the Campus Police Force. She always wore her heart on her sleeve and was a force for good.
Sincerely,
Ann Bonney

Such sad news to hear that Susan Passed.
Susan was a lovely person and great coworker. We worked together at Manchester Community College in the Administrative Affairs Division, she the Director of Public Safety and I the Director of Facilities. Our offices were next to each other and our department worked hand in hand. I was blessed to have had her as a teammate and friend. Her easy smile and quick laugh made work very pleasant. She worked very hard. She was extremely ethical, dedicated, loyal, and always a lady. She also was so much fun to be around. I was fortunate to have met her wonderful mother several times. Both great ladies. She often talked of her mother, brother, nephews and cousin Pat. Susan made a positive impact on everyone she encountered. The world was a better place with Susan in it. Bye friend. With love, Dar

My sincere condolences to Susan's family & friends.
I knew Susan from Manchester Community College. She and I had many discussions about her favorite British mystery television series. Most of those series on DVD are in the MCC Library collection because of her recommendations. With fondness, I will remember her hearty laugh and bright personality. Godspeed home Susan...

Susan was, and will always be, a member of our family. St. Patrick’s Day, Easter egg coloring, Halloween and all holidays won’t be the same without her. She played a huge part in the lives of my children and grandchildren and was a dear friend and confidant to me. We shared many interests including cooking. I like to cook and she liked to eat. Rest easy my friend. I will miss you forever.
