I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I remember the first time we met - he was my aislemate at Dan and Tammy's wedding. As with all the Cullen family, he was open, friendly and fun. Hoping your memories comfort you all ...

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I had the good fortune to work with Jim many times. I knew right of the bat this guy was a special person. His passion for his profession was crystal clear, and it didn't take long to realize he had that same passion for a family that he loved dearly. As much as the man taught me about construction, it paled in comparison to the lessons i learned watching how he treated people. Jim was the same fair minded, decent man no matter who you were. One thing i will always remember that Jim said when we were doing a job. He said "were going to do it the right way and were going to work like gentlemen." Rest in peace my friend. Your friend, Scott

I had the pleasure and privilege to work with Jim on a couple of projects at LeChase in years past. There was no one more harder working, smarter and easier to work with than he. I learned a lot from him and sad to see him leave so soon into retirement. Jim Lobene

Jim was as fine a person as I have met in my long lifetime. Kind. Caring. Gentle. Bright. So focused on all that is good about life.
His family is a perfect reflection of his goodness. Those of us fortunate enough to know him have had our lives made richer.
No words can give justice to this talented, loving, and caring man. I am better for having known him and hence more deeply saddened by his passing.

I’m so saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. He has always been so kind and welcoming over the 30+ years I have been accepted by the Cullen family as one of their own. I will remember spending many a Thanksgiving afternoon talking baseball with him. Sending my love to the whole Cullen clan. ~Ali~

Jimmy was one of those rare individuals who had the same personality when he was six years old (when I first met him) throughout his entire life. Always quick with a joke and not beyond a few harmless pranks. He was a true friend. We all had several adventures together. No one was badly hurt and only a few names were taken by the police. In the end, we all had a lot of great times that we still talked about years later. I guess that's all we can ask for. Keep an eye open for us Jim. We'll all be along directly.

I have so many memories of you, my friend. An average night would be me going to your house after dinner...talking to mostly to your Mom and sometimes your Dad...picking on Pat and Danny and Matt....talking with your sisters Col, Kath, She, and Midge ( who became our favorite target to pick on)...then going out in the garage and putting little notes on your Dad's chalkboard...and then going to pick up Cos. Sometimes we had to get Midge from Burger King before picking up Cos and that became a favorite thing. Thinking of ways to antagonize her. Little did we know how much she liked it. We didn't even have to go out and do anything...just riding around and talking and mocking each other in a good way. You made life fun! And that is what I will always remember about you. Loved sharing life with you Jim...thank you Jim!
